Palladium advised existing owners of commercial real estate on a variety of capital strategies and then assisted in the execution. My role was developing strategies for these assets, some individually and some as a team, and the subsequent execution of the workouts. Assets included office buildings, retail centers, land holdings and others.

Home Capital Development Group was the land development subsidiary of Home Fed, a large Savings and Loan in California. The company owned approximately 20,000 acres throughout California in large scale (1,000 - 2,500 acre) master plan joint ventures. In my position as a Project Manager, I was responsible for projecting and managing the performance of several of these ventures in San Diego County and the Sacramento area.
