EcoMax is a specialized holding company that controls the use of patents for a business that funds the total remediation and redevelopment of contaminated, underutilized, and/or idle plants, factories, military bases, rail yards, docks, etc. ("brownfield sites") in a single transaction. The process is definitively the best way to repurpose any previously used site. The company licenses the patented processes to prepare and fund a unique redevelopment plan that unlocks the value of these prime real estate assets for the buyers, sellers and investors simultaneously. This business profitably resolves the legacy environmental liabilities for owners of these sites for the first time; therefore, a private solution to this public problem creates a new market. EcoMax helps public and private owners realize hundreds of billions of dollars of property value that is currently trapped in its underutilized and environmentally contaminated state due to the risks and pricing issues that are resolved by EcoMax processes. EcoMax is uniquely solving these otherwise intractable issues and risks that have held these sites back from their successful reuse. Cheryl Hoffman is the Founder and patent holder.
