Cheryl Johnson is enthusiastic about empowering others to discover who they can be. She promotes fitness and wellness as well as leadership and educational growth, and she encourages others to create lasting change in their daily life. Everywhere she goes, she is teaching, coaching, instructing, and continuing to learn alongside those she encounters.Cheryl is a passionate volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a youth leader for Scouts and Cub Scouts and an adult trainer. She is dedicated to teaching leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring. She actively encourages scout leaders to work collaboratively and use communication and active listening to create an engaging and exciting scouting program for youth.Cheryl is a Level 2 trainer at a local Crossfit gym, and has been a home school teacher for 11 years for her own children as well as others through group classes with a local home school cooperative. She taught History at their classical home school cooperative for 2 years. Cheryl started out as an Elementary school teacher, and then decided to draw her focus toward her family before extending her reach outward again. She has three wonderful kids and has enjoyed teaching and advocating for them. Cheryl was once known as the "Dancin Doula Mamma." She was a Birth Doula and was Dancing For BirthTM. trained. She loved using dance as a tool to empower women to listen to their bodies. Though pregnancy and birth are not her current focus, Cheryl continues to use her commitment to helping others and her knowledge of movement and self-discovery in all her endeavors.Cheryl is devoted to helping others reach their potential.
