Reviewed net requirements to accurately provide a ship date. Functioned as the liaison between the customer, manufacturing and shipping. I entered and managed roughly 7 million dollars in orders a month. Provided the customer with confirmations promptly. Maintained key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as on-time delivery, accuracy of orders entered, sales versus budget, inventory value of my business segment. Provided monthly reports to the management team regarding slow moving or obsolete inventory that could be prioritized for sale. Also reviewed inventory monthly to ensure there were no stockouts of ‘A’ inventory. Inventory planner, Micro Matic Reviewed the four regional warehouses houses inventory, as well as the master warehouses inventory weekly to ensure there were no stockouts of A, B or C inventory. Reviewed the planned transfer order table daily for each regional warehouse to create transfer orders from the master warehouse as well as the manufacturing warehouse. Communicated with the sales team to ensure their projects had ample inventory and if there were any delays notified them promptly. Reviewed safety stock level on key components to ensure there was always ample supply. Accomplishments: Maintained the inventory levels of four regional warehouses and a master warehouse, dropping the inventory by 2 million dollars, per the boards goal. Improved and maintained the return material system of the Micro Matic manufactured material. Ensuring Return Orders were completed promptly.
