As the head of a wardrobe team for Frightfest, a Halloween event in northern IL I was responsible for a leading a small staff of costume technicians in coordinating costumes among a cast of 100+ characters. I as worked as part of a production team to create a cohesive image to fulfill the client’s requests. Used my sewing and design skills to create and alter costumes throughout the run of the event. Used Microsoft word to create memos to the cast and other departments. Also created inventory spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

As an instructor, I worked hands on with students to create a comfortable environment for learning. I was responsible for creating lesson plans that corresponded to corporate standards and scheduling classes. I also spent time working with store customers to answer any technical questions about products and techniques.
