*Accountable for Tier II/ escalated support for employees and managers across the firm.*Collaborates with cross functional teams to field and remediate issues while enforcing controls.*Ensure quality standards are met prior to solution deployments of new and existing content*Participates in regression testing on HCM enhancements to ensure learning platform system readiness

 *Successfully apply Adult Learning concepts to facilitate a broad range of Financial Center banking curriculum, including compliance, audit, customer service, regulations, retirement, teller, new accounts and small business banking training  *Effectively consult with Branch Managers to determine the participants’ on-the-job performance results *Strategically develop and customize class designs to meet the needs of larger organizational goals *Coordinating new hire enrollment, scheduling classes on the LMC system, ordering supplies, and evaluating feedback *Ensure all travel arrangements are reconciled on the internal system utilizing company travel expense guidelines
