Created, opened, and operated a Meal Assembly Store (not a franchise) for 3 years. Developed the business plan, all recipes (15 new recipes each month including cooking directions), day to day operations, procedures, inventory, food prep plan, finances etc. Implemented and managed every aspect of this business. I hired and trained 6 employees, created and maintained my website, all business communications, vendor relationships, client development, advertising, equipment purchases and store design.

GTI, INC (1998-2001) Responsible for the planning, preparation and implementation of The Drew Bledsoe Foundation Annual Golf Tournaments & Gala held at the Ridge Club & Charles River CC’ s. Handled all the aspects of the gala from Theme, menu development, logistics, silent and live auction, presentation, decorations, guest/celebrity accommodations, equipment rentals (lights, sound, music), etc.

(1987-89) Performed Customer need analysis, established clear marketing objectives, budges, and Radio Advertising campaigns for clients. Created and executed successful Vendor programs. A consistent prospecting system and client service enabled me to increase billings from $350K to $650K in my first year.(1989-91) Responsible for strategic market planning and inventory management, human resource development, sales training seminars, coaching, motivation, performance reviews, receivables, and selling tools.

# 1 company for Surgical Instruments and Equipment (1983-87) I successfully developed a $400K territory plan (NY/N. Jersey) into a $1M business my first year, awarded Rookie of the year and NJ Regional Excellence Award for 1983-84. Forecasted and executed sales and marketing strategies for each product line and each account, conducted presentations to surgeons, hospital committees, and nursing staff. Negotiated key hospital contracts resulting in increased sales across 11 product categories. In 1986 as the company took a new direction, I took over the Boston metro territory and over-achieved in prime vendor categories in excess of 214% OPY, ranked #12/200 sales representatives 1986-87.
