Led a diverse team of 30 full-time, 5 part-time, and multiple project-based consultants to meet the hiring needs across multiple functional groups such as engineering, human resource, sales, professional and executive team members.

Led a team of 5 permanent and 10 seasonal employees in day-to-day operations of the office of financial aid, serving a diverse student population of over 7 thousand financial aid recipients. Major responsibilities included: verification of Cal-Grant recipients, approval and processing emergency loans, preparing financial aid award letters, organizing employee development workshops and seminars, counseling and servicing students.
