Our history started with creative and effective direct mail and then expanded to excellent pharma sample fulfillment where PDMA was our motto and perfection was the result. Our exceptional customer care call center of trained professionals deal with patients, physicians, consumers to answer questions and make every caller know they are important. Our fulfillment department and support team allow every shipment to leave our warehouse on schedule and correct every time. The pharmacy business was exciting but not worth fighting the PBMs so we moved from specialized pharmacy to a fantastic wholesale drug distribution (NABP - formerly VAWD) certified center. Living every day by the SOPs and P&Ps, we take pride in our ongoing compliance and care with every order. The desire to place order in every thing we do took us back to one of our strengths: Event & Meeting Planning and Support. Believe it or not it is the same attention to details and regulations with the prescription drug world that makes us excellent at event support. (That is how we got into support over 400 CME events for a client. They respected our ability to provide order, reports and timely action in everything we did so taking over their CME events was a natural.) Processes and attention to details provide the client's desired outcome of excellence. That includes our virtual online events that have supported over 100 cannabis CME events, department of education and department of health events for various state agencies. We saw a need and jumped into a new industry. Cannabis, as a medicine, was new to most physicians in 2015. Understanding physician education, CME compliance and the need for balance in information, we discovered the cannabis world did not have anything close to what we considered factual and scientific education. We worked with a few experience cannabis experienced and knowledgeable physicians to create the first live, CME education for healthcare professionals. At the same time we created the first national call center to allow people from all 50 states to call and get factual information on state laws, peer-reviewed articles on medical conditions and cannabis. Our proprietary platform contains thousands of data points of factual and researched details. This team answers questions daily for people who need the facts. Our experience in event planning and CME event support allowed us to enter into the world of event (live and virtual) support of client meetings.
