As a netball coach and a competitive volleyball player, I have witnessed my fellow athletes experience the struggle with recurring injuries and chronic pains. This inspired me to support athletes and facilitate a holistic recovery process, and developed a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation.With 3 years+ of working experience, I specialise in the treatment of common chronic pains with the use of movement analysis, manual therapy and exercise prescription. I strongly advocate for the importance of developing client’s movement patterns to ensure one’s ability to advance in physical activities, pain- free.As a sports enthusiast, I enjoy doing workouts and playing volleyball.
