Assist and project manage execution of tactical marketing pieces (sales brochures, digital content, blog, websites) and marketing programs (new product launch kits, promotions) and events (sales meetings, customer events). Manage and ensure timely and accurate PO process management. Support the division’s Global Marketing Communications and marketing teams’ execution of internal and external initiatives across division, solutions, product/brand, and program activations.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing Excellence Manager, Marketing Communications team, Pricing team, and Education team in the Medical Solutions Division. I own and maintain the purchase order payment process and process all purchase orders for the marketing organization. In addition to my administrative tasks, I help the division execute key marketing communications projects.

Executive Assistant at 3M to the Renewable Energy Division, Window Films. I support the Global Business Director, Business Development Manager - Latin America and 22 other individuals. In my role I coordinate both international and domestic travel, manage calendars and schedule meetings, purchase supplies, enter invoices and purchase orders, create expense reports, and assist the Marketing Department on special projects. I also coordinate both on-site and off-site meetings and events.In addition to the responsibilities above, I support our window film distributors and network of dealers, the global 3M window film business team, and the US business team. I also manage the 3M Window Film Admin email account that all distributor and dealer emails go to for response.

I am an Administrative Assistant to the Sales Department at Preco. I assist my sales team by preparing marketing materials for customer visits, managing non disclosure agreements, creating and updating presentations for customers and corporate meetings, and organizing/scheduling meetings. I also maintain our Customer Relations Database (CRM) and analyze data to create relevant reports for management. In addition to those items, I coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, create expense reports, and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual.
