My emphasis is on preventative measures as a way of maintaining good health. I enjoy working with people to understand the importance of listening to your body and empowering others with health knowledge. What matters to me is that I help people come to their own conclusions about what they need body, mind and spirit. I like to use intuition as well as clinical knowledge. I see myself as more of a catalyst/enabler and helping people with to be autonomous. I have worked in varying environments, from working with the i) homeless ii) mental health units and holistic health centres, hospitals and Physiotherapy clinics, working with both children and adults.
