I organising company parties, office refurbishments and an office move, including the surrender of one lease and the assignment of another. I was the key contact for the Chartered Surveyors, Lawyers and a variety of Contractors and completed the process in a time sensitive and cost effective way. I ensured all related licences for alterations and Landlord approvals were sought and any necessary certificates supplied, including risk and method statements. The relocation process was carried out over a three day weekend, with the company up and running on the Monday morning. -
