Being busy mothers ourselves, always on- the- go and in our cars transporting our children, we wanted material to utilize this often wasted time... materials that would give children serious practice for the development of solid, fluent, and accurate recall of basic math facts and skip counting. Rock N Go LLC reviewed National Council of Teachers of Mathematics standards as well as the Michigan Grade Level Content Expectations to create products that would support the standards and principles set forth by educational policy-makers. We also consulted teachers, parents, musicians, a Math/Literacy coordinator and of course lots of children to refine our products and guide our future developments.
