Hi there! Let me introduce myself- I’m Cheryl, the executive personal trainer extraordinaire. I’m pretty driven when it comes to getting busy professionals off their desks and into some serious fitness action.I have a Master's in Science under my belt, and I’m also a CrossFit level 2 certified coach with over 5 years of experience coaching athletes of all levels. It feeds my soul to see adult clients, who don’t even identify themselves as an athlete, pick up heavy weights, master a new skill, or perform a wallop of a cardio challenge they never though possible. But let me tell you, I’m not just a trainer - I pride myself on being a teacher too. I love educating my clients on the mechanics and science behind what's happening with their bodies when they move during all aspects of fitness, from olympic weightlifting and power lifting to cardio and everything in between. I am all about good technique and making sure my athletes and clients move their bodies well. It's like having your own personal fitness professor!And let's talk about my clients - busy executives and professionals in Seattle who just can't seem to find the time to focus on their physical health. Well, I like to take these busy bodies and turn them into fitness machines. No more poor posture or low energy - I get them picking up heavy weights, hitting PRs, and moving with ease and less fatigue in their day to day.
