I managed partnerships and contracts with other training providers for Traineeship programmes, managing a team of 4-8. This role also included coordination of Erasmus funding, writing application and reports to EU criteria and delivering the international project to Apprentices and Traineeship learners. Coordinated, Escorted and supervised International exchange programmes. Coordination of commercial training including quoting for profit making courses. Coordination of profit making events and external courses as well facilitating CPD courses internally and externally. I also IQA'd Level 1 to Level 5 qualifications in Hairdrsssing, Barbering, Beauty, Employability and Business Service qualifications. Managed the team and delivery (including financial responsibility and accountability) for schools programmes under our commercial arm.

I managed a very lucrative schools contract for Young Apprenticeships in England whilst supporting my team to deliver commercial school programmes in Wales. Alongside this I remained an active IQA for ISA and a satellite centre in Cyprus

Successful business, sold up to concentrate on new role in Management at ISA training where I worked at same time . Part time in salon from 1999 woking evenings and weekends.
