Rarely do I go somewhere and not know someone, to the point it has become a joke with my friends and family. I connect with people easily, think “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon,” and enjoy making the world feel a little less distant by bringing people together. I was the kid that no matter where the teacher moved me, I would befriend my new seatmate. I am a “WOO – winning others over” who uses my personal skills to make connections and tell a story, whether personal or professional, to one contact or publicly to a large audience. I am a bit of a unicorn in that I love the relationship part of business, but I am also passionate about opportunities to find solutions. I excel at discovering the root cause of issues and being able to bring together the right resources and data to provide the client with a resolution. The satisfaction of leveraging resources to find resolution makes me tick. I am a bit of a report/data nerd and love what you can find buried in the numbers. I have a knack in understanding how systems work, even though I am not an engineering wizard. I am just able to “get it”, which a big part of innovative solutioning. I bring all my years of experience, both life and work, to the table as I am looking for my next adventure. So, who am I? I am a dynamic leader and mentor looking to bring my strengths and skills to your team. With an extensive career in client relationship management, I am focused on several areas including Director of Client Success, Clients Success Management, Solutions Consultant, Sales/Client Success Operations, Sales/CS Enablement and Voice of the Customer.Outside of work, I am passionate about serving my community. I have spent many years volunteering in several different capacities. From working with collegiate women, to raising funds/awareness for protecting abused and neglected children to protecting fluffy kids (cats and dogs) and helping them find their forever home. Serving others makes me feel whole. In summary, I am a team player who is looking for her new team and is excited for new opportunities.
