My name is Cheryl aka Self Love with CJQ and I have been on my self love/soul searching journey since 2012 and I want to inspire and empower as many women as possible to do the same 🧡Sharing and incorporating the lessons I have learned on my own journey to mentor you through life to make sure you know that YOU ARE ENOUGH. I also run body confidence and empowerment classes every Thursday at 8.30pm via Zoom, it’s an evening full of mindfulness, self care, movement, self love and confidence. I’m also very passionate about creating content, which also inspires the self lovecommunity I have built. I love creating anything from fashion content to skin care regimes to dancing, sharing mindfulness and confidence tips and anything that aligns with my beliefs. Ive always worked in customer service based jobs (receptionist, retail etc) but i always knew deep down i was put on this planet to help people and be the creative soul i was born to be. Although I am grateful to a have worked in those industries in the past as it helped shape the person I am today and my people skills are 10/10.
