My tenure has allowed me to cultivate a strong foundation in people management, project management, written and oral communication, critical thinking, and self-management. These skills have empowered me to lead complex projects, manage diverse teams, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at Walden University, where I maintain a 3.89 GPA and am an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). This academic pursuit complements my professional experience by broadening my understanding of social issues and equipping me with the tools to make a meaningful impact in the field of social work.In June 2024, I founded the Alleghany Community Hub, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting our local community. As the director, I am responsible for leading initiatives that foster community development and provide essential services, ensuring that the Hub meets its mission to create a connected and thriving community.
