Managing the book of work for the CTO’s Architecture Governance group to ensure Regulatory compliance. This involves setting up programme management frameworks using PTS and other Citi tools and processes to support implementation and delivery.The role involves roadmap planning, risk management, internal audit and global business and stakeholder engagement.Providing direction and guidance on strategy adherence are some of the key responsibilities.As a central function of the CTO organization, the Architecture Governance group is responsible for setting the process standards and procedures for architecture review and inventory governance. Managing Consent order, Brexit , MiFID and other IT regulatory programmes across Equities within CitiBank.As Lead Programme Manager for Equities Technology on MiFID2 and following that, on Brexit, my role included ensuring Business stakeholders and all impacted teams were aware of key milestones, identifying and holding key responsible owners accountable throughout the programmes, helping build the case for additional resource when needed.Project risk frameworks were developed to identify, assess, manage and continuously monitor risks across the programme. These large scale regulatory programmes involved working closely with Audit, Compliance, Business and Technology to develop and implement solutions within required timescales.Both programmes were multi-year implementations that impacted all front to back Equities systems.Management of post go-Live of MiFID2 and Brexit involved setting up structures to ensure smooth transition from project implementation to Production Support. Planning and delivery involved ensuring trade and transaction reports were updated to reflect changes for key post trade data like LEI, ISIN's, DateTime stamps etc. for MiFID2. For Brexit, trade and transaction reports had to be correctly reported for CGML and CGME trades to the UK and European trade reporting bodies.

Working with Data Modelling Team to analyse data and processes across the NYSE Euronext exchanges with a view to developing and supporting the NYSE OpenMDM (Market Data Model). OpenMDM supports the OpenMAMA and OpenMAMDA initiatives.Committees:Representing NYSE Euronext on the MMT(Market Model Typology) Technical Committee supported by FESE(Federation of European Securities exchanges) for ESMA compliance of MiFID II. The MMT tech. comm. includes a broad spectrum of the European industry all working to achieve a practical and common solution for standards on post-trade equity data. Working with the FPL (FIX Protocol Limitied) TDSWG (Trade Data Standardisation Working Group) to define standards for post trade transparency. FPL will use the data model produced by MMT(Market Model Typology)leadership and will act as the standards body. European BA for the implementation of NYSE XDP(eXchange Data Platform) for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange involves working as intermediary for the exchange business users and the NYSE Technologies developers.
