With extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain, I am a seasoned supply chain leader and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black of Belt (LCBB) project manager. I am passionate about building and leading high impact teams, implementing integrated business planning (including Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), best in class demand planning, supply planning, and strategic capacity planning, and lean six sigma methodologies across global organizations. I loved my experience as a PMO leader and project management / continuous improvement has been a cornerstone of my life.Collaboration is so important in life and at work. While at 3M and ChampionX, I had the opportunity to define criteria for our ERP launches, representating demand planning and supply planning requirements to bring the company to an improved level of forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and customer service. Using change management skills learned in Lean Six Sigma, we were able to meet this significant upgrade with competency and excitement.One of my passions is in coaching - both at work and outside. I'm so proud of the employees I've helped succeed in their goals - currently ERP deployment leads, specialists, operations directors and supply chain managers. Servant leadership is paramount! In my personal time, I tutor science and math, and I've taught adult beginning French classes.
