Worked directly and in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer for the Mountain States Region to support the sales staff. Monitored sales reporting and lead generation using the Customer Relationship Management tool. Created marketing materials to aid in the sales process – i.e. banners, ads in magazines and brochures, as well as event materials.

HUB International acquired BW Insurance Agency. Assisted on the merger and acquisition project team. Managed the notification process to customers and vendors. Tracked the agency agreements with the insurance companies to ensure all updates were done.

Managed all projects at the corporate level, regardless of size, following defined methodology. Rolled out 2 separate document management systems - creating implementation, training, and rollout plans. Served as subject matter expert on the agency management system and document management system. Facilitated training for new users as well as follow up training for existing staff on all systems.

Managed the Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLBA) testing and reporting process for all business units in Bank of the West. In addition, was responsible for completing required compliance monitoring worksheets for the Operations & Systems division as well as quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing for Information Technology.
