S&A was hired to help identify Nimble practices that were impeding the company from winning sales to Fortune 300 and above companies. Presented to Nimble's 700 sales associates for 3 days at their annual Sales Kick-Off meetings in February. (Nimble later purchased by HP.)2015-2016 Guggenheim Partners, a global financial services firm, $250B assets under management. The company was experiencing issues with 2 core internal systems, and hired S&A to determine root cause, and provide specific steps to resolve. A detailed plan specifying next steps, resources required, and timeframe for fix/transition was provided in Nov.. Problem resolution and S&A project completion was achieved by May 2016.2014-2015 S&A retained as an independent expert to evaluate technical proposals submitted to the FCC to select a company to serve as the US Local Number Portability Administrator (LNPA). S&A experts reviewed all proposals submitted for the multi-billion dollar contract. Presented conclusions and recommendations to the FCC, hearing held Feb. 11, 2015.
