Product Compliance & Safety Quality Assurance ManagerOversee factory product compliance testing for CPSC, CPSIA, FTC labeling, and ASTM, AATCC garment performance testing for KA clients in USA and Canada markets. Monitor and oversee Wal-Mart / Sam’s, and other client testing submits and findings for all CPSC approved 3rd Party Accredited Tests Labs Hong Kong, Bangladesh, USA and Canada. Children’s Safety Compliance Manager. Technical evaluations, CPSIA regulations, and cross-training; conduct weekly meetings / follow-up ISO training. Review and revise product evaluation reports for both good and failing products, making certain that product specifications and purchase orderrequirements are adhered to. Received and separated apparel and fabric samples in according to testing guidelines, distributed to appropriate labs for testing. Utilize Retail Link, Wal-Mart Host program, flag of goods to be received at Wal-Mart warehouse. Interacted with suppliers to assist with compliance questions and product submission.
