• Oversee a unit which includes Student Affairs professional staff working within the areas of Multicultural Affairs and Leadership, Education and Prevention Programs, Fraternity and Sorority Life, and the University Center and Student Activities, with direct supervision of the Director of Multicultural Affairs and Title VI Coordinator, Director of the University Center and Student Activities, Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Director of Education and Prevention Programs, a shared administrative staff member, and the SGA Financial Services Specialist. • Coordinate and lead the mission, vision, and learning outcomes for the Student Engagement Unit in the Upchurch University Center; provide leadership, supervision, and budgetary direction to the Unit’s staff and initiatives in support of institutional and divisional strategic priorities.• Collect, analyze, and report student learning and program outcomes data in multiple ways that are helpful to strategic decision making.• Work with the VPSA to advise the Student Government Association. • Cultivate relationships and collaborate regularly with campus and community partners to create a dynamic learning environment both inside and outside the classroom. Serve on multiple university and division teams and committees including the VPSA’s Senior Leadership Team.

 Provided strategic vision and planning for the Division of Co-Curricular Life and provide overall budgetary responsibility. Supervised professional staff members in the following areas of student life: Campus Student Employment, Career Services and Internships, First-Year and Sophomore Programs, Health and Wellness, Judicial Affairs, Mental Health, Leadership Programs, Outdoor Programs, Residence Life, Student Government, Student Involvement and Programs, and Student Spiritual Life. Worked closely and collaboratively with other areas of the College, particularly the Dean of the Faculty/VP for Academic Affairs.  Served as an advocate for students and for CCL professional staff. Oversaw annual assessment, including data gathering and use, by each CCL department; a number of departmental reports have received commendations. Served on a wide range of College-wide committees and review processes.

Supervised Director of Student Activities, including office operations and staff and Assistant Dean for Academic Advising with general student affairs responsibilitiesAdvised students on a wide variety of personal and academic matters. Administered college judicial system and supervised 5 staff membersInitiated and led reviews of judicial and College policies and procedures.Coordinated Judicial Board; manage training of the Board and advised faculty chair.Supervised six campus facilities and their student and professional managers, including one of the campus centers, a craft center, the women’s center, and several multi-purpose program buildings. Managed college budgets for office operations, programs, and facilities.  Served as the Student Affairs Liaison to the campus dining service.Advised campus government and Senior Class committee.
