Assisting my fellow managers and Store Manager with the responsibilities and operations of our store. Being a TPS Champion, I guide my team daily to strive for our G.U.E.S.T service approach. Strive and engage with customers to keep their loyalty. Keep team engaged and ‘pumped’ to meet company goals. Help in all store departments as needed by my team to guide and educate. Fill the floor with product and keep displays to visual. Work with all teams, including visual and stock. Maintaining TPS standards with team and making sure the team follows up with evening closing responsibilities. Responsible for closing of registers, deposits and security of the store.
