What I enjoy most is helping others discover what they are passionate about and finding that sweet spot of passion +career. Ideally this is about creating opportunities for growth in the workplace. Being able to recruit top talent and helping to create a bench for future opportunities is where my experience and vast resources come into play. I also enjoy expressing my creativity through the developmental process of taking a business idea or initiative and bringing it to fruition. I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and it has made me successful as an executive in a corporate environment. I love the collaborative process of working with like minded people to bring their vision to life.As a retail veteran, I take pride in my vast experiences. I lean on that experience to help me deliver the brand promise as well as rational decision making while taking appropriate risk to deliver year over year improvements. I feel I have been extremely successful wherever I have landed and look forward to taking my career to the next level of success. I know that I bring high levels of engagement internally and externally, I'm a well versed communicator and I am unafraid of challenges.
