From 2003 through 2006 I was employed by J.P. Morgan Chase as the executive assistant to the Vice president of sales for the Auto Finance Division. I was essentially the “go to” person and kept my boss’s otherwise chaotic schedule organized and manageable. I was responsible for scheduling travel, planning numerous large corporate events and taking and typing meeting minutes. I excelled at my position and was sent to New York to receive training in budgeting. Thereafter, I was placed in charge of setting the budget for the finance division where I implemented a new system for expenses and made the department significantly more efficient. From 2006 through 2009 I was employed at HSBC as the administrative assistant to the Senior Director for Technology and Services for Consumer Mortgage Lending for all of North America. In addition to your typical administrative assistant type duties, I kept the Mortgage Lending Division organized and handled confidential material. Essentially, I support the entire division, which consisted of a senior director, five directors, fifteen managers and two hundred staff members. I arranged all of the international/domestic travel, took minutes at corporate meeting, and set up numerous corporate events.I tended to my duties twenty four seven, even while on vacation utilizing my blackberry or laptop. Currently since 2010 I hold the position as the Executive Assistant to the Head of Mortgage Originations for PNC Mortgage. I diligently manage one of the busiest and important calendars in the mortgage company while keeping my boss always a head of the game. With a world of over 2,000 employees, I coordinate large web ex’s and teleconferences as well as set up large sales meeting with over 250 attendees. I am fast on the keyboard and have excellent computer skills.
