I believe deeply in all students’ capacity to achieve at high levels and I'm passionate about helping educators use their full potential to make a positive impact on students. I provide professional learning and coaching of K–12 teachers and school leaders on effective instructional strategies, problem-based learning, classroom technology, teacher coaching, English-language-learner supports, and processes to create engaging and inviting climates where students and educators enjoy walking into the school each day. I've taught grades 1–12 for over twenty years; served as a national facilitator for the FACES, Inc. charter education program; and was the director of both a Parents as Teachers district program and a Migrant Education Even Start district program. Drawing on my extensive and diverse classroom experience, I've presented at educational conferences around the United States and the Pacific.
