• The main aspects of the role are to support the three BD Managers to ensure that all of the scheduled events for each of the BD plans are organised, managed and come in on, or below, budget. The role requires close.
• Extracting all events from the BD plans and creating a rolling monthly programme (to be available on firm's intranet)
• Working alongside the facilities team on in-house event delivery
• Taking a brief from the BD teams for each event in terms of location, type of event, likely numbers, target audience, budget, catering, layouts
• Producing and sending invitations using Vuture VX, managing responses and queries
• Sourcing merchandise as required and assessing budget need

• Reviewing, amending and appending data on CRM system
• Inputting and enhancing new client information into InterAction
• Daily review of the Data Change Management (DCM) inbox to monitor & accept or reject changes ("tickets") made to data and lists by users
• Generating regular and ad-hoc reports from InterAction providing information on data integrity, quality and DCM ticket statistics
• Conducting ongoing online and telephone research related to erroneous or incomplete contact data, including contact status, duplicated records, missing or undeliverable e-mail addresses and incorrect mailing addresses

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpreting the BD plans to create a rolling monthly/quarterly programme
• Taking a brief from the BD teams for each event in terms of location, type of event, likely numbers, target audience, budget, catering, layouts
• Attending all events and sourcing additional event support as required
• Working with external organisations/agencies as appropriate
• Managing invitations responses and keeping all interested parties up to date

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research, develop, implement and manage the annual programme of events with budget responsibility of £175,000
• Develop a sponsorship programme in association with key Investor and Public Relations organisations including exhibiting at their events
• Manage launch of new products, including production of literature and sales collateral and supporting promotional campaigns and launch events
• Design and produce promotional campaigns including direct mail e-mail and advertising material, resulting in over £200,000 in revenue.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Successfully managed a product specific direct mail campaign which resulted in over £185,000 in sales in six weeks
