Managed the Hotel. This included all administrative tasks for the Inn, payroll, accounting, overseeing Inn's Employees, booking and overseeing catering events, sales, and managing and covering the front desk duties.

Managed the Restaurant as well as Cooridinated and Managed Catering Events for the Golf Club. This also included Human Resources tasks for the Club; payroll, hiring and scheduling.

Coordinated Catering Department for the Air Canada Centre, as well as Maple Leaf Gardens and off site Catering Events. Managed all administrative tasks, sales of club seats and human resources tasks; hiring & scheduling.
