A Process - teachers are paired with me, meet remotely on a regular schedule, to select - try - and reflect on instructional strategies that meet desired educational outcomes selected by the district and the teacher. Measurable & "Doable" - our coaching method creates next steps, supported by coaching, that allows the teacher to try a specific strategy, measure it's impact immediately, and as a result of reflection have a clear idea of next steps. We appreciate that teachers' time is scarce, and individuals as well as schools have many demanding initiatives, and have designed our coaching approach and support to create positive change in a low-stress environment.Personalized and Collaborative - the coach and the teacher work collaboratively to identify what is wanted or needed.
