Asking people questions about themselves and their business and getting to know what they want and need. Requires you to be an active listener. Understanding people with different views and expectations, you learn things from their perspective. It teaches you how to treat people with courtesy and respect.I’m able to build a friendship, a following, and a client base. Learning how to communicate with a social media audience or a face-to-face audience opens many different platforms. I can translate and convey any information to the masses. Remaining active online builds a relationship community. How? By responding to messages, emails, returning telephone calls and acknowledging their presence.
