Managing the Provider Data Management project as part of the Core Ops program

• Provided Program Management support to the IT Capability Development Program focusing on vision, program scope, program planning, communication and metrics• Led a HLI-wide Project Management Assessment to identify and roadmap improvement opportunities within the PM discipline that will increase project execution success

Managed an enterprise-wide and organizational PMO (3-6 employees) providing visioning/planning, thought leadership and team mentoring resulting in project delivery efficiency improvements. • Developed and supported the Project Status Reporting Dashboard, Project Financial Management and Reporting, Project Metrics, Project Managers Forum, PM Learning Circle, PM Best Practices • Consulted with medium to large projects for application of PM best practices and key success factors • Created Program Planning Design and Execution best practices and mentored several large programs • Facilitated cross program/project integration events for several large strategic programs• Participated in the creation of the Planning and Prioritization process and best practices enabling portfolio decision making

• Successfully delivered the automation of the Contract Management business functions integrated into the VISTA system using new architectural methods (object oriented design, oracle implementation) and a new Project Management methodology. Total program budget was $16m over 2 years. Program was delivered on budget with significant service and productivity business benefits achieved.• Defined the process and managed the Program Design, Estimating, CBA, Business Case and Program Schedule for the Quest program• Developed the first draft of The HLI SDLC which was utilized as the initial methodology for the Quest Program; building assets for the SDLC Library during project execution

• Led several Marketing initiatives implementing new Annuity Products• Developed a Lotus Notes based Project Manager Workbench tool to provide templates and tools to PMs• Provided leadership to organizational needs like the development of a training video library• Managed the Program Design and Estimation for VISTA Release 2 creating a program approach, high level architectural design and estimate• Functional Manager for the Output, Batch Interface and DST Interface Application Teams
