This was a contract position to handle all accounting and job/cost coding aspects for the construction of their Assisted Living/Memory Care facility from pre-construction to completion.Project: Gateway Gardens – 37,700 Sq Ft Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility • Maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures• Oversee the operations of the accounting department to achieve the company goals and objectives• Coordination with the project manager to prepare the project budget, contracts, and schedule• Customer and sub-contractor/vendor account development, analysis, monitoring, and auditing • Management of invoicing, purchase orders, billing, and bank draw processes• AIA Billing – G702 Application for Payment & G703 Continuation Sheet• Cash Flow management & Year End financial preparation and government reporting• Asset and liability account management and reconciliation• Oversee the annual insurance audit
