Recruiting and HR Strategy:Partnered with Hiring Manager community to strategically develop and hire within non exempt/entry level customer areas including managing successful in-take sessions, recommending effective sourcing strategies, ultimately leading to creation of competitive hiring packages attracting best in class candidates and resulting in low attrition. Negotiated relationships with Agencies that were cost-effective and quickly responsive to temporary staffing needs.
