In this dual senior management position, I led the development and implementation of broad changes in the Commercial organization to increase project win rate by more than 30% and substantially improve proposal cost control, while simultaneously re-launching marketing communications efforts in advertising, tradeshows, print and multimedia, to deliver award winning marketing and earn the 2010 Marketer of the Year Award for Engineering & Construction companies in the Houston area.

Launched a Downstream Sales & Marketing division in this historically Upstream company to grow and diversify the business resulting in millions of dollars in additional technology equipment sales within the first year.Formed a new Marketing department to improve brand recognition and revive both internal and external marketing for all three NATCO divisions ahead of the successful merger of NATCO with Cameron in 2009.

Developed a completely functional Investor Relations department while preparing KBR for the road show ahead of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and split from Halliburton. Managed Investors, Sell-Side and Buy-Side Analyst relationships following the successful launch.

Led an international team of Proposal professionals across five product lines and seven operating centers in the pursuit of billions of dollars of prospective revenue each year. Conceived of and implemented broad changes that drove revenue win rate from 40% to 74% in under two years, while streamlining the organization to reduce the multimillion dollar proposal budget by 25%.
