I also collaborated closely with the VP of Human Resources to increase Team Member engagement via innovative internal communications channels and events, while positioning Hilton as an employer of choice externally. As we emerged from the pandemic in 2022, I played an integral role in bringing to life an internal Conference which saw the attendance of more than 600 General Managers and Leaders in person and virtually. All internal and owner communications were personally drafted by me while I was supported by a regional PR agency and respective hotel Marketing Communications colleagues to develop and execute a number of communications content and campaigns in the region. During the pandemic, with reduced budgets and headcount, I took on additional roles including leading on consumer and brand communications for Asia Pacific for more than a year. During that time, I collaborated closely with the global consumer communications teams in Washington, DC and managed sub-regions across Asia Pacific to deliver consumer campaigns. Show less
