Upon expansion of department, continued to provide contracts management and assisted Chief Legal Officer in the development of department policies and SOPs.

Prepared contracts for clinical research studies and investigator-sponsored clinical trials. Conducted budget negotiations and processed documents to execution. Coordinated activities with the development contracts group, clinical team, and legal department.

Provided full spectrum of contracting services for Phase III, IIIb, IV division for transnational contract research organization including customer and subcontractor (vendor) documents, and confidentiality agreements; conducted contract negotiations; coordinated contract services with business development, project management, and finance to define scope of work, budgets, payment schedules, and project timelines; created and maintained Division’s legal document tracking and filing systems; maintained Division’s records management within web-based global management system. Member of global SOP Task Force Committee, and assisted with the development of contract operating procedures and work instructions; member of global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Committee. Assisted with client proposal development, prepared site agreement templates for clinical operations site management, updated Division’s experience database to assist corporate marketing, and, for two years, supervised seven-person Support Staff.
