Led the Content (Editorial and Evergreen) in 2023 and added SEO department in 2024. Provided leadership, training and mentoring. Took on the role of Head of Casino in 2023 in addition to Director, managing two teams, strategic oversight and working with SEO to move initiatives forward. Doubled the traffic by 2024 and built the casino department, hiring a Head of Casino. Developed SEO and content strategy for another casino site after a Google update. Included execution and a plan to diversify traffic to solve for future risks. Growth at 2.5x the clicks and double the traffic of 2023. Worked with Product and Design for a rebrand on one of our casino properties taking a product-led SEO approach backed by research. Included creating wireframes for design team, mapping out KPIs, and user journey.Worked directly with the accounts and revenue team to identify areas of opportunity with Head of SEO.Participated in quarterly strategic planning for North American with CEO, VP of North America, Head of SEO and Senior Leadership team.

Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue for North America, my role was to find opportunities for revenue growth and set the strategy with the Head of SEO. Hired an external agency for a rebrand project, using data to identify areas of opportunity for growth and reduce future risks. This project also included entry into the NFL betting market, where I ran the content and SEO strategy. Delivered position 3-4 across most terms for the 2022 season and increased clicks on key revenue pages by 18% through design. Worked with a small team to create content strategy for future state launches.Executed a content plan for PlayUSA to recover from a Google update.Participated in quarterly strategic planning for North American with CEO, VP of Revenue, VP of Content, Head of SEO and Senior Leadership team.

Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue for North America, my role was to find opportunities for revenue growth and set the strategy with the Head of SEO. Built a small commercial team focused on Reviews for the Catena NA portfolio. Built a small team responsible for the revenue content strategy across most of the NA portfolio. This included sports and casino products along with state launches. Developed strategy and framework for teams to work 6-18 months based on where the biggest opportunity was most likely to be. Developed a recovery plan with Head of SEO for PlayUSA after the 2020 algo update. Participated in quarterly strategic planning with CEO, VP of Revenue, VP of Content, Tech and Head of SEO. Recognized as Employee of the Year in 2019.
