I become teaching assistant for Mathematics 1 course. As a teaching assistant, I helped the students to have better understanding in Mathematics by giving exercises. The method I use is giving some time for them to do the exercises, then I give them chance to present their work. After that I appreciate and correct their work. If some of the questions haven't been answered, I will present the remaining of it. I learn how to communicate with people, how to prepare and set effective exercises for the students, how to teach people well, and how to make people understand what I say.
