Managed dual responsibilities as a Player/Coach who lead an 11-member team, and also stewarded a personal portfolio of 50 Major Donors. Led the team to exceed a $12M annual revenue goal and personally exceeded all individual benchmarks. Created a new fundraising syllabus that is still in use at World Vision today.

While employed at World Vision, worked evenings and weekends with the owner of this consulting firm, to assist on a project with a $20M nonprofit in Washington DC. Services included survey of staff leadership and selected Board Members, plus financial and organizational structure assessment. Created Case Statement for 25th Anniversary Campaign, strategic and tactical fundraising plan for all levels of donors/multiple constituencies. The organization implemented many of the recommendations to restructure and install a new President, and is now well on the path toward year over year growth in revenue and membership.
