I was responsible for the planning and management of all activities involving the sourcing, procurement, conversion and logistics of all product sales in the East, which included 8 manufacturing facilities. Filtrexx and Weaver Express merged to form Filtrexx International in late 2014 and have combined the Canton, Ohio and Grafton, Ohio offices into one; located at 61 N. Weaver Express provided Erosion & Sediment Control services, specializing in compost filter sock used on construction sites, road works, oil pads and pipeline projects. Weaver Express was an established landscaping company that was seeing a large increase in business due to the the oil & gas boom. In late 2011 Weaver Express was acquired by JWI Capital, Inc. and I was one of three new employees brought on to establish a home office. Initially I was hired as an inside sales rep, but that quickly developed into a broader position. During my tenure at Weaver Express I was responsible for creating company processes from estimating, pricing, order entry to fulfillment and progress to final invoicing. As we grew and expanded into other markets I eventually took on the responsibility of Supply Chain Manager of Product Sales and Pallet Manufacturing. We also had our install operations and I still served as support to the Install Operations Manager and Coordinator.

I was the sales assistant/inside sales representative servicing steel fabricators and general contractors in the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan markets. Primary responsibilities were to oversee the daily office operations, review and coordinate prospective projects for bidding, ensure organizational effectiveness and accuracy of the estimating, pricing and quoting of such projects. Other responsibilities included order entry, review contracts for accuracy, confirm credit approval, assist in project management, analyze and resolve potential problems, initiate change orders if required. During my tenure at CMC Joist & Deck (formerly Nicholas J. Bouras Inc.), I assisted our sales team with successful bid strategies, bid preparation and the tracking and monitoring of our markets. Due to the success and efficiency of my office, I was involved in training new employees and served as a mentor to new and seasoned employees alike. I also had the opportunity to participate in the testing of many our program systems and was very instrumental in the final version of these products.

Responsible for the collections of late stage delinquent accounts for retail clients such as Macy's, Nordstrom and Filene's Basement. I was responsible for negotiating payment extension plans or possible change in terms with the cardholders, and when required communicate with consumer credit counseling groups and bankruptcy attorneys.
