I work with organizations to develop human-centered leadership systems and capabilities that balance the creation of economic and social value. At the Truist Leadership Institute I lead the research and analytics function, developing evidence-based leadership development products, services, and knowledge. I work with senior executive roles at the intersection of technology, data analytics, and leadership development--and love applying those skills to developing ROI measurement frameworks for talent investment strategies. I hold a Ph.D. in social psychology and am an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina Charlotte’s Belk School of Management. My own commitments to creating social value and a better future for planet increasingly focuses on developing equitable career pathways for women in technology and advocating for children in the foster care system.
