As the Operations Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of our manufacturing operation. Primary focus of meeting and exceeding our customers expectations.

In this very dynamic role I had the opportunity to work directly with all our customers and transform their requests and orders into daily schedules for our manufacturing operations to produce.

As a Business Analyst my responsibilities included design, development and deployment of business systems for all divisions of KII's Office Furniture and Electronics Segments. This position included project management responsibilities.

In this entry level position I was responsible to develop, test, implement and support computer programs and applications for manufacturing operations.
