About Cheryl Folz, Cdt, Leed Ap

I am currently an Office Coordinator with EwingCole and I have three main areas of responsibility. My main responsibility is accounting in which I work with project managers to coordinate accurate accounts payables and client billings. For my construction administration role my responsibility is to facilitate the efficient and timely transfer of construction documents, submittals, and correspondence between contractors, architects, and consultants, to streamline the construction process. I am involved in the initial stages of the project and follow it through to a successful completion. Lastly I oversee the daily operations of the office related to security, facility management and contract services.Learning has become an integral part of my role. Over the last seven years, I have gained three certifications to follow my professional and personal goals. I have obtained my Construction Document Technologist (CDT) certification, LEED Accredited Professional certification for Building Design and Construction (BD+C), and most recently, my Computer Programming Certificate at North Carolina State University. I am always looking to challenge myself by developing new skills and advancing my technical and professional capabilities.
