Responsibilities include directing Production Planning and Development, Sales Forecasting, and Sample departments for three business units with sales in excess of $25,000,000 annually.Administer the monthly Sales and Operations Planning meeting, ensuring sales plan and strategic demands and constraints are reviewed, quantified and strategic actions are defined and implemented.Inclusive in this oversight are the compilation of accurate measurables in capacity, raw materials, WIP, enviromentals, time management, etc. so that documented key initiatives can be successfully executed.Directed all preparation for all business units participating in the ITMA Showtime bi-annual trade show event. Personally facilitated the scheduling of appointments with the participating customers, sustaining an interpersonal dialog between an officer of the company and our customers.Oversaw the manufacture, sample presentation and staging for all product introductions for the trade show presentations and post trade show sampling efforts.Supervise the hospitality aspect of the trade show event encompassing supply procurement, vetting and hiring of temporary trade show assistants and general housekeeping requirements all to ensure the atmosphere was professional as well as customer friendly.

Administered all sales and supply chain operations, including Customer Service personnel, Production Planning staff, Quality Assurance and warehousing. Liaison to facilitate the product development and management function between Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Design including critical path compliance and sales forecasting.
