The ITSM has the role to document and publish business process models for each division/section within the Directorate.As the Project Manager, Ms. Hammond was responsible for the following: Project Strategies, Schedules, Plans, and Charters. Developed Terms of References(ToR) for the ITSM Integrated Working Group (IWG) Developed Roles and Responsibilities utilizing a MACIE Matrix (Manage, Accountable, Consult, Inform and Execute) for the TSD ITSM Project. Worked with the clients to resolve conflicts related to scope and functionality. Managed this ITSM project during the initiation, development and implementation phases. Prepared project plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing and displaying problem/issues. Utilized the MS Project tool to determine the Critical Path with the Gantt chart, graphs and Network Diagram component and transferred the information into a VISIO diagram for Senior Management to understand where the project stood in time (snapshot) and what were the risks and priorities to mitigate by Management.
