2014 Nuffield Canada Scholar studied traceability in beef and how to meet global consumer demands for information. Have presented my findings to many different audiences ranging from local beef groups to a break out session at the 2016 Canadian Beef Industry Conference. For 10 years worked for the Canadian Angus Association in various roles including Business Development and Technical Services. Was the Co-Chair of the National Convention and lead organizer of other smaller events. Oversaw the Canadian Angus tag program which is the largest branded tag program in the world.Hold a Certificate in Business Management specializing in Strategic Planning from the University of Calgary, a Certificate in Event Management from Algonquin College and a Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Guelph.
