Drawing on her 20+ years’ experience in the Administration/Accounting, Cheryl has experience in Organizational Management, Financial Management; Strategic Marketing; Business Expansion; Vendor Relations; Public Relations; Human Capital and Brand Management Services to clients in the Staffing, Education, Healthcare, Construction Administrator and Staffing, Advertisement and Public Relations. Cheryl has been tasked to provide vision, leadership and direction for A & A Workforce Not-For-Profit Division which involves counseling students and alumni in career planning skills and job search strategies, coordination of training skills workshops and career forums, management on-campus training programs, development of relationships with potential employers, aggressive searches for information about employment opportunities and developing effective working relationships with students, alumni, staff and other placement professionals throughout the United States. Cheryl is responsible for general office supervision for career placement, including managing the budget and Not-For-Profit Career Training resource materials. She is also involved in ensuring the delivery of effective and quality service to students and graduates in the following areas: career readiness workshops, classroom seminars, intern/extern and career placement assistance and career advising. In addition, she is responsible for maintaining and working within the community to ensure industry appropriate connects necessary for student success. Cheryl is responsible for meeting set placement standards as established by the Agencies, the State, Community and A & A Workforce. As Director of the Career/Training Division, Cheryl will ensure to develop services that support the Company’s mission, meet the needs of a diverse community and foster student development. She will provide advice and counsel to the office faculty and staff regarding industry, labor and market trends impacting placement outcomes.

In addition, she was responsible for maintaining and working with the Externship Director to ensure industry contacts necessary for student success. Cheryl was responsible for meeting set placement standards as established by Accrediting Agencies, the State and the Company.As Director of the Career Placement Department, Cheryl was also responsible for developing services that support the school’s mission, meet the needs of a diverse campus population and foster student development. This position provided advice and counsel to the campus faculty and staff as well as the Campus Director regarding industry, labor and market trends impacting placement outcomes, as well as opportunities to better assess skills and goals of students prior to their completion of classroom training.
