I'm a Licensed Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association(ACA), Australian Registered Counsellors & Psychotherapist (ARCAP) as well as Board of Counsellors in Malaysia (LKM). I am also a certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer by the Malaysia Mental Health Association (MMHA). Recently I have obtained my Certified Trainer Cert from HRDC. Currently pursuing my clinical supervision certification under Board of Counsellors in Malaysia (LKM)One of my life’s passion is to bring empowerment and relieve to individuals who are going through tough experiences, especially to those have no one to turn to. I believe that every individual has potential and wants to help them to be aware of it, which would, in turn, help them to better navigate their lives. My therapy orientation lies within Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT) and Solution- Focused Therapy, and specialised in EAP Services. Additionally, I have vast experiences working and communicating with C-levels to entry level from various backgrounds.Out of work, you'll find me in the gym or art galleries.
